The Sweet Mocha Video Staff would like to congratulate Ms. Cynthia Thomas of Monroe, LA., for winning "Ms. Junior" for Carroll High School Homecoming 2008. At press time Cynthia was elated with her victory and would like to thank all her peers for their votes.
